Self-pay.
A patient simply pays the program directly for surgery and other associated charges, either in itemized form or as part of a global fee.

Hospital payment plan.

Global Fee.
Because Weight Loss surgery is a comprehensive program with extensive pre- and post-surgery support services, tracking itemized charges can be quite complicated. For patients who prefer a single, all-inclusive cost, we have developed a global fee structure based on the type of surgery a patient chooses. This global fee includes all surgery, physician, and program support charges, so there should be no surprises or confusion. Please note a patient’s financing options (see above) are the same whether an itemized or global fee is selected.
