DeAnn Gallatin is a Licensed Social Worker and conducts the pre-surgical psychological evaluations for all patients under the supervision on Dr. Wade. She is also responsible for facilitating the monthly WLS group at Sycamore and the bimonthly support groups. DeAnn joined the WLS team in 2007 and brings over 20 years of experience in evaluation, assessment and support to the bariatric program. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Dayton.
